These terms apply when you use themaluclub.com and when you buy from our shop. Please read them before placing an order. Membership, car storage and events have their own terms: see our Membership Terms and Car Storage Terms.

1. ABOUT US

This website is operated by The Malu Club Limited ("The Mälu Club", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15059759) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at info@themaluclub.com or on 07496 472028.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or malicious code, or copying or scraping its content. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you check out, you are making an offer to buy the goods. A contract between us is formed when we accept your order and email you to confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious error in its price or description; if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is not included in our prices: delivery charges are shown separately at checkout, before you pay, and are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Our pieces are made to order by hand, so small variations in leather grain, colour, stitching and finish are natural and are not faults. Colours may also look different depending on your screen.

6. MAKING AND DELIVERY

Our pieces are made to order. Please allow around 4–6 weeks for luggage and around 2–3 weeks for baseball caps before dispatch. Delivery areas, charges, insurance and timings are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel and return items that have not been personalised within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items made to your own specification or personalised for you cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details, including our returns address, are on our Shipping & Returns page.

8. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, photographs, films, graphics, logos and design, belongs to The Malu Club Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website links to other websites, such as event organisers and our partners. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

11. OUR LIABILITY

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
